Wedding Reception at Llangors Community Centre
Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding and thank you for considering Llangors Community Centre as the venue for your wedding reception.
We offer a large, modern, bright hall with stage and lighting. The main hall has large glass patio style doors opening onto a large veranda which has stunning views across to the Brecon Beacons. This room can accommodate 250 standing or 125 people sitting. We have large round tables or smaller rectangular ones.
There is also a smaller meeting room which has similar large glass patio style doors opening onto the veranda. This room can accommodate up to 30 people. This is often where food is served or somewhere to set up a bar.
There is a professional catering kitchen with commercial appliances, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, some crockery and cutlery.
We also have a stage with stage lighting.
There is easy, flat access for disabled people from the car park, in front of the Community Centre and a disabled toilet in the foyer with baby changing facilities.
There is also availability for further car parking, nearby, on request.
There is Wi-Fi access.
The main hall can be very attractively decorated.

SPECIAL HIRE CHARGES FOR WEDDING RECEPTIONS:
LOCAL RATE:
Hire of the main hall, meeting room and kitchen for 48 hours
Main hall and meeting room = £15 per hour x 24 hours = £360
Bar set up and licence (if used) = £100
Licence only = £25
Use of kitchen (daytime) = £40
Total = £500 or £425 if not having a professional bar
NON-LOCAL:
Hire of the main hall, meeting room d kitchen for 48 hours
Main hall and meeting = £19 per hour x 24 hours = £456
Bar set up and licence (if used) = £100
Licence only = £25
Use of kitchen (daytime) = £50
Total = £600 or £525 if not having a professional bar
Local Rate refers to hirers who live within the boundary of Llangors Community Council
Non-local Rate refers to hirers who live outside this boundary
A deposit of £150 is required when booking your event. This will secure the date; help cover any damages/breakages and cover cost of additional cleaning.
