HIRE CHARGES FROM JANUARY 2023

Hall   £9/hr    £11/hr     £25/hr

Meeting
Room £6/hr    £8/hr

Kitchen:

Use of kitchen, all facilities     £40 per session       £50 per session 

Tea making only                     £5 per session (local and non-local)

Use of dishwasher                  £15 per session (local and non-local)

Bar:

Licence only £25; bar set up plus licence £100 (local and non-local)

Stage hire (taken away) £50

Chair and table hire – donation only

Bouncy Castle £5 (to cover cost of electricity)

A bond of £150 is required for large events to secure the date, cover the cost of any damage and the cost of additional cleaning (£40).

Extra charges may be included to cover the cost of gas and electricity used
There are special hire charges for Wedding Receptions

*Local is defined as living within the boundaries of Llangors Community Council
*Non- local is defined as living outside the boundaries of Llangors Community Counci
